A: the warranty for this lens is 2 years. if you are wholesale customer, normally we need you taking photos and video to prove the problem you facing. After factory confirm the video or photos is ok. Please cut the thread with scissors. And we will ship the warranty goods together with your new order. Customer need to pay for the shipping cost.
