1. What is the meaning of 19bar;
All YUANM.HE home coffee machines are equipped with a 19BAR high-pressure pump, which provides enough pressure to penetrate the coffee powder to extract up to 900 different aromas in the coffee. It can ensure that during the extraction process, the high-pressure water flow can flow into the ground coffee evenly, and with the precise temperature and water flow time, the coffee aroma can be fully released.
2.How do I take care of my coffee machine?
Regularly treat coffee machine limescale/greasiness:
Fill the tank with water and dissolved descaling agent solution to the MAX level (for the ratio of water and descaling agent,refer to the instructions for use of the descaling agent). Please use a "household descaling agent", not an industrial descaling agent. Repeat cleaning as you did for brewing coffee until the water tank is empty.
3. Why do the lights on the coffee maker blink or stop blinking?
If the coffee cannot be dispensed, please check the following reasons:
* Whether the power cord is stuck between the water tank and the coffee machine.
* Whether the water tank has sufficient drinking water and is properly installed.
* Whether the coffee machine is turned on (the "ON" light is on).
*If the coffee flow becomes low, it means that the coffee machine needs to be descaled.
4. Water leaks from around the handle when extracting coffee (the brewing head sprays out)
possible reason:
1. The mouth handle is not fully fastened or the coffee powder is too much;
2. The aging and wear of the sealing rubber ring of the brewing head;
Solution:
1. Re-buckle the handle and fasten or re-distribute powder;
2. Notify the supplier to replace the new sealing ring;
5.The steam or hot water pipe is dripping
possible reason:
1. The steam switch is not fully closed;
2. The inner sealing ring of the steam rod joint is aging;
Solution:
1. Completely turn off the steam lever switch;
2. Replace the sealing ring;
