A: The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, when u send pls send the original file with fonts(creat outlines) would be better.

5. Q: How can I get some samples?

A: We are honored to offer you samples.usually some existing samples can be free or order directly, customize samples need pay some samples fee(u can send your design to check)

6. Q: What payment terms you accept ?
A: We accept PAYPAL ,T/T, C/C, other payments.Usually is 30% deposit, 70%when goods done.
