1.The production process inspection

1.1 Inspection of accessory dimensions.

1.2 Inspection of Assembly parameters of core cell

1.3 Inspection of shape and dimension of core cell

1.4  Full inspection before use after storage of core cell(≥ 30 days)

(The following figure shows the appearance of the full inspection and electrical properties of the core computer sorting)

1.5  23A / 27A battery assembly process full inspection. (The following figure shows battery performance sorting during assembly )

2. Sampling and grading after production of core cell

2.1 Leakage resistance test of core cellat high temperature and high humidity. (Temperature 57 ℃, humidity RH=95%,18 hour / day, 10 consecutive days)

2.2  Core cell performance inspection. (New electrical core performance test, storage 21 days  core cell performance test)

2.3  According to the above two tests, we evaluate and grade the quality of each batch of  core cell .Only the batches that meet the standard can be used for the assembly of 23A or 27A batteries for export.

3. Full inspection of 23A battery before it shipping

After the battery is produced, before it package, a computer automatic testing machine will be used for full inspection. Detects battery open circuit voltage, short circuit current and load voltage, and the defective product will be automatically selected.(Below is a computer automatic tester)
