(1) According to the actual and project equipment requirements, the equipment installation and positioning of this production line adopts segmented positioning and modular PLC automatic control. The equipment needs to be arranged and wired according to the size and characteristics of the workshop to ensure the rationality of the equipment. The compact layout of workshop equipment and spacious space have been achieved, achieving the economic and aesthetic design effect of modern production workshops;
(2) All production processes consider energy-saving design and thermal energy recycling, greatly reducing energy consumption and saving more than 35% energy compared to equipment in the same industry. At the same time, the cleaning water used for fruit pre-treatment is considered to be recyclable to a certain extent; Waste materials such as fruit residue are directly discharged from the production workshop through a spiral conveyor system. Collect a small amount of concentrated steam online to maintain an environmentally friendly production environment in the workshop;
(3) During the production process, the entire process design and pipeline connection layout have taken into account the preservation of the original natural aromatic components of the product. The hot and cold processes and material transfer are completed in a short time and distance, effectively preventing the loss of flavor substances caused by thermal reactions; At the same time, it also reduces the quality damage caused by oxidation reactions of raw materials at high temperatures.
