A: Usually it takes about 15-30 working days.
Q4: Can you print the logo/label as our own design?
A: Yes, for sure, we are very experienced in painting color; Logo printing; Product design; Analysis of construction conditions and solutions. We provide packaging solutions for free. (Other product purchasing service, we have a strong supply system)
Q5: How do you choose the shipping method?
A: Such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc. For larger orders, we recommend you to choose ocean transportation; cargo ship; rail line; land transportation, etc... If you are urgent, you can choose
air transport. We will help you choose the most suitable shipping method for you according to your detailed requirements.
Q6: What should I do if there is a quality problem after receiving the goods?
A: We will abide by our quality promise according to the contract.
All our amphibious products are fully in-house designed and manufactured, thus considerably reducing the risk of components becoming unavailable in years to come. Spare parts are well-stocked and can be delivered at a short notice. We use high-quality materials sourced from the very best in China. Our design team works closely with customers for any custom orders.
1. The warranty period and warranty conditions (calculated from the date of receipt on-site) as follows:
①The warranty period for pontoon body parts is 12 months or 1600 working hours for pontoon hulls, whichever comes first;
②Crawler shoes and chains are consumables, and the quality guarantee period is 6 months or 600 working hours for travel motors, chains, and track pads.
