After many years research and accumulated experience, our company can supply 3 different kinds of bitumen storage tank. These structures and design both can be used alone or to supporting for asphalt mixing plant. The three types are as follows: hot oil heating bitumen storage tank; electric heating storage tank; self-heating bitumen tank and container type bitumen tank.
Hot oil heating bitumen storage tank
Hot oil heating bitumen storage tank is most commonly used bitumen tank, the structure is very simple, easy manufacturing, easily using and high heating efficiency. This type bitumen tank is very common used during the production process of asphalt plant. The bitumen tank should be equipped with thermal oil furnace.the heat source is coming from the hot oil during the heating in the thermal oil furnace. Many bitumen tanks can be used together which can storage high volume bitumen.
Electric heating bitumen tank
Electric heating bitumen storage tank is heated by the electrical heated tube. The structure is compact, easy installation and transportation, easy operation, high level of automation and no pollution during the construction. The bitumen tank is widely used currently.
Container type directly-heated bitumen tank
Compared with ordinary directly heated bitumen tank, this type bitumen tank is addressing the issue of high temperature of some parts in the traditional bitumen tank and bitumen aging.
Container type directly heated bitumen tank has the features of high thermal efficiency and container ship design which is very easy to install and transport. This type bitumen tank has the self-contained heating function and don’t need the additional thermal oil furnace.
