3. How about the wires?
Re: The standard wire comes with H05RN-F 300/500 3*0.75mm² cables 50cm long. Additional wire length can be choosed. Various plugs (Australia , British, American and European) are available.

4. Can you make 0-10v dimming?

5.  How do you ship the sample?
Re: For samples, we can send by express or air. If agent in China, we can send to your agent in China for free.

6.  How will you deal with the faulty?
Re:The faulty will be returned or replaced 100%. But this rate is very small because all of goods will have 3 times of professional quality tests before sending.

7. What about the delivery time?
