4. Products are in stock? How long can you deliver?
Our inventory is mainly raw materials, semi-finished and a small amount of finished products. After payment, samples available in stock will be sent with in 15-40 days. Small batch delivery takes about 3 weeks; large batch delivery takes 5-6 weeks.
5. What’s the payment terms?
L/C, T/T and Paypal are acceptable. For samples and small batch should be 100% full payment; if large amount ( more than 1000pcs), we accept 30% deposit by T/T in advance, 70% balance done before shipment. 6. How to control the quality of products? Our company has a professional quality team--10 quality check people in our factory, and us the inspector to scan the material before assembly, all products are 100% inspected before shipment.

Generally the warranty period is one year. It depends on different products. We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturer defects. Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacing of any product found to be defective under normal use.
8. What is the minimum order quantity?
If with standard in stock models, there is no MOQ requirements. If with customized models, the MOQ is 30pcs. If with ODM order, please kindly reconfirm with our team.
