1) The bevel of pipe fittings should be protected by a bevel protector (as required by the owner) or other means to prevent damage during transportation.
2) There should be no metal-to-metal contact between adjacent pipe fittings. There should be no direct hard contact between the fitting and the partition.
3) The weld of the pipe fittings should not be in contact with any part of the isolation block. The weld must not be in contact with the railway car and any part of the truck or trailer.
4) Nylon sling or hook with soft metal (copper and its alloy are not allowed) should be used for handling in the workshop and delivery yard.
5) The storage of finished pipe fittings should be able to prevent deformation, damage and corrosion.
6) The shipment should meet the requirements of railway transport, road transport or sea transport, and attention should be paid to the operation during transport to avoid damage.
