Q. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are an ISO 9001:14001 certified best rug and carpet factories in India engaged in manufacturing of different types of carpets and rugs like hand-tufted, hand-knotted, handwoven, and such other floor coverings and pom boxes.
Q. Which part of the world is your company located?
A: We are located in India, at Mirzapur, a district in Uttar Pradesh. The nearest International airport is Varanasi, which is around 70 km from our place.

Q: What's your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: We also undertake single rugs and carpets in large and extra-large sizes, so we do not have any MOQ.
Q: How can I get samples?
A: Usually free samples are available. Courier costs should be paid by customers or if the buyer has courier account number(FedEx/DHL/UPS) we can send the same on that. The purpose is that the client sees the quality and feel and as per the samples we can proceed with the orders. If large samples or any sample is ordered in client design/colors, which have to get the same made, the same will be charged. The good part is that it will be deducted from BULK orders.
We encourage our buyers to ask for a sample when they are ordering in bulk. This will avoid any future problems arising out of the difference in specifications, understanding, or communication.
Q: What's the delivery time?
A: Our carpets are all handmade, hand-tufted takes around 45 days to complete and hand-knotted depends upon the size, knots etc, but it takes at least 45 days for any order.
Q: How many square meters can be managed in one container?
A: one 20'FCL can load 1500-2000 square meters, one 40' FCL can load 4500-5000 square meters.
Q: If we order any custom rugs can that be delivered/shipped to anywhere in the world?
A: Yes, we can deliver your carpets anywhere in the world, provided the import is not restricted in your country or there is any special requirements as per your government laws or such other related matters. You can advise your country with Zip code and we can inform you about this.
Q: We have designs with us, but wish to get them made in our colors, how will you do that?
A: We have 2 options in this case. One is Pantone TPX shades, which we can share the file and you can make the selection, and the other is Pom Pom color shade box, which you can buy from us and make the color selection.

With hand-tufting gun our production capacity with our associate manufacturers starts with 1,20,000 sq meters of hand-tufted, we have additional capacity for handwoven of 2,60,000 sq meters, and hand-knotted 50,000 sq meters. With this capacity, we are fulfilling all the requirements of the carpets, demanded by our clients. The yarns we apply are 100% wool, 80-20, mainly.
We always recommend high-grade wool for our carpets and rugs for long-lasting effects and advantages. Our hand-tufted carpets can be used for residential, commercial purposes. These carpets are anti-static, anti-flammability, and on-demand anti-stain finish. With rich colors innovative designs, the hand-tufted can be made in cut pile, loop-cut pile, or just cut pile, with even high low effect.
With machine dyeing the colors as per the demand are perfect, having colorfastness, light fastness, dry rubbing, wet rubbing, hot metal nut test, static electricity with mothproofing.
