The stainless steel contact materials of the entire production machine are made of various models, with different working principles, such as 304 stainless steel, toothed discs, hammer discs, hammer plates, air-cooled, water-cooled, vertical, horizontal, etc. The working principle is driven by an electric motor, and the machine spindle rotates at high speed. Structure
This
grinder machine
is composed of feeding hopper, body, rotor disk, sieve plate, stator disk, discharge port and other parts. The spindle of this machine is equipped with a rotor disk, the rotor disk is equipped with tooth claws and flat steel teeth, the crushing chamber cover and the end face of the rear cavity are equipped with fixed tooth claws, and the tooth claws and flat steel teeth on the rotor disc are staggered with fixed tooth claws. When the spindle runs at high speed, the rotor disc also runs at the same time, and the material is thrown into the gap between the tooth jaws, and crushed under the comprehensive action of mutual impact, shearing, friction and so on between the material and the tooth jaw or the material with each other. The crushed material is driven by the air flow, along the outer edge of the rotor, continuously withstand the blow of the tooth claw and sieve blade, collide, rub and be quickly crushed.
