II I. The Reaction Process
1. Preheating the reactor for 2 hours, after temperature reach to 150 degree, the feeding could be started
2. Keep feeding the material into inner cylinder of reactor for further dehydrating and preheating.
Material will moved to outside cylinder of reactor by deflector for completing the carbonization.
3. Material release syngas during the carbonization process, and the syngas will be firstly removed the dust by the cyclone dust collector, and then pass through the condensers to separate the wood vinegar and tar. There is non-condensable syngas which mostly will be recycled as fuel for heating the reactor, and small part of extra syngas will be burned out directly for releasing the pressure of reactor.
4. Material remains in reactor for 15-25mins for becoming the biochar, then the biochar could be discharged out of reactor by water cooling discharger screw, the water jacket of discharger can cool down the biochar temperature for ensure the safety.
5. The flue gas from fuel burning will go through the spray tower for cleaning by there filters which are the water washing, ceramic ring adsorption and water spray. After that the flue gas can be discharged into the air.
6. The water pool keeps to provide the cool water for condensers, water cooling discharger screws and spray tower. The cooling tower is used for cooling down the hot water from this device to ensure the cooling efficiency. The water won’t touch the material, which is circulating.
