Chocolate Loacker Wafer

We go about selecting the ingredients with devotion and an unerring eye: finest italian hazelnuts, freshly roasted by Loacker, real “Bourbon” vanilla pods, savoury aromatic cocoa from the Gold Coast of Africa, tenderly melting Loacker chocolate, the best quality milk from the Alps and fresh mountain water. We, too, are invariably enticed by the fine ingredients from all over the world. The result: new compositions with crispy wafers and chocolate baked in the family tradition.

Crispy wafers filled with cocoa and chocolate cream (75% cream filling). Ingredients: wheat flour, coconut oil, glucose syrup, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa 9% in the cream filling, dextrose, whey powder (milk) , chocolate 5% in the cream filling (sugar, cocoa mass), soy flour, skimmed milk powder, barley malt extract, hazelnuts , raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), salt, emulsifier soy lecithins, Bourbon vanilla pods, spices. May contain almonds .
