3. Boiler section : provide the steam for paper machine
4. Paper processing section : process the jumbo roll paper to finished paper product.

A) Raw Material
Pulp is a lignocellulosic fibrous material prepared by chemically or mechanically separating cellulose fibres from raw material: waster paper, recycled paper, wood, etc. Pulp is the first step to making paper.
B) Main paper pulp making machine parts
The following pulp making equipment convert raw material into paper pulp.

The culture paper machine can be divided into cylinder mould type and long (fourdrinier) wiretype, according to the type of wire. And the long(fourdrinier) wire type machine have double wire, three wire, and multiple types, it needs to use with headbox.
The paper machine have these parts:wire section,press section,drying section,sizing section section,calender section,reeling section,drving section,frame section,and electric control system and so on.The model of the paper machine depends on the paper capacity/width/weight you want.
1. Wire section :Its function is to dewater from the wet paper.
2. Press section:function is to press water from wet paper,after press,the dryness of the paper is range from 22% to 46%.
3. Dryer section:function is to make paper dry,after the paper come out from the dryer,the dryness can be 92%-95%.
4. Sizing section:Sizing machine's funtion is to add the starch to paper and let paper is waterproof.The sizing machine needs co-use with dryer.And this section is optional for customer.
5. Calender section: Function is to let the paper surface smooth.normally,culture paper all need this section.
6. Reeling section: function is to reel the paper into jumbo paper roll.

Boiler function is provide the steam for the whole paper making line.
Paper machine frame: In order to easy operation and to boserve wire part situation, there with walking board of side operation part and driving side. Walking is plug type. Driving side walking board is easy for vacuum pipe’s operation and maintaince.
Driving & control part: Motors with AC frequency convertor & adjustable speed,processing transmission. All Digital Close-Loop control system.
