1. All the silver products we sell are made of 925 silver without lead and nickel. If we break our promise
-- we will pay 3 times the price of the products.
2. We confirm that all products have been inspected and packaged in good condition before delivery
-- and provide 180 days of after-sales service guarantee from the date of package receipt.
3. All products are packaged in independent OPP bags.
-- If you need other packaging, please inform us in advance.
4. We will send the parcel in accordance with the promised time.
-- If the delivery date is delayed due to force majeure factors, such as bad weather, natural disaster, epidemic disease and other force majeure factors, it will not fall within the scope of our responsibility.
5. We will confirm the shipping and declaration information with you before the parcel is sent out.
