I. Overview
Ultrasonic flowmeter is a combination of flow measurement technology and low-cost toilet, which can be directly installed at the measuring point. The flow of the ultrasonic flowmeter has no moving parts and needs no daily maintenance. The microprocessor on the instrument provides accurate digital signal coding and cross-correlation detection procedures, which can provide long-term drift-free measurement. The measurable fluid is almost all clean and uniform liquid.
2 . A pplication
(1) . Drinking water, River water, sea water, groundwater, cooling water, high temperature water and sewage;
( 2 ) . Lubricating oil, diesel oil and fuel oil;
( 3 ) . Chemical liquids;
( 4 ) . Other homogeneous fluids.
3 . Characteristics
( 1 ) . Various power supply modes: a single 3.6V lithium battery can work for 6 years, using two-wire system of 4-20mA, RS232, RS485 output type, and can work normally without batteries;
( 2 ) . The measurement content is rich: it can display accumulative flow, accumulative heat, instantaneous flow, instantaneous heat, supply and return water temperature, current temperature difference, fault operation time, working state, date, time, etc.
( 3 ) . High level of protection: protection level can reach IP68, can be immersed in underwater 2 meters work;
( 4 ) . Structural firmness: The measuring pipe section adopts precision casting technology, no leakage, no pressure loss and movable parts, 10 years maintenance-free design.
( 5 ) . Humanized design: magnetic rod operation, internal double keys, easy to operate; fault self-diagnosis.
( 6 ) . Ordinary metal pipes such as carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper, aluminium, etc.
( 7 ) . Other non-metallic pipelines such as PVC, PR, FRP, cement and other pipelines.
