About protection tube material
The protection tube material always be SUS304,when the using environment with chemical corrosion, should consider SUS316L tube;for strong corrosion environment,such as with H2SO4,HNO3,H2S,should consider Ta tube.
For oxide environment temperature above 900℃,always use 2520(310S),when higher than 1000℃,always consider GH3039,Inconel600 and 99% Al2O3 protection tube. When temperature up to 1300℃,just 99% Al2O3 tube have to be considered.
About Process connection
For non-sealing environment, the thermocouple can be without thread or flange. For sealing environment, have to with thread or flange. The process connection is depended on your device.
About wire connection device
The goal of wire connection device is convenient and reliable. When not use connection head,the ways can be ceramic block with wire leads, cross sleeve with wire leads, spring cross sleeve with wire leads,etc.,When use connection heads, can be with water-proof head, d IIBT4 explosion-proof head, d IICT6 explosion-proof head, explosion-proof head with local display, multi points connection head.
About hot junction
The assemble thermocouple always be ungrounded type, sometimes be ungrounded type. Please note, ungrounded response faster, but more easier be electromagnetic interference.
