Q1: Does the company get any quality certificates or past any workplace audit?

A1: Yes, all products can pass different kinds of test made by third parties like ITS , SGS, etc.

We have passed workplace audit by ITS.

Q2: What primary products does your company provide?

A2: We mainly provide different kinds of porcelain drink wares in material of normal white, super white, new bone china in white and solid color as well. Decorations include on-glaze and in-glaze.

Q3: How is the company's development ability of product and designs?

A3: We cooperate with one local design studio, who has professional designers continuously provide new ideas and drawing to us. We subscribe international magazines to get the trend and fashion of the products, which enhance our ability to create new items.

Q4: Did your company export to USA and EU?

A4: Yes, our goods have been selling mainly to EU, USA, Japan, and Middle East and so on.

Q5: What are your payment terms?

A5: In generally, we quote FOB Shenzhen price, payment 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance paid within 7 days against shipping documents. Or L/C at sight.

Q6: What's your production Lead-time?

A6: Generally it takes 45-55days for order less than one 20’ container, and 60-70 days for OEM project. It is negotiable in peak season.

Q7: What's the lead-time for sample?

A7: Within 7 days for white body, 7-10 days for decorated sample, 15 days for OEM designs and shapes.

Q8: What about the cost for samples and their delivery?

A8: Free sample for our original products, shipping charge on buyer's cost, OEM designs will charge according to the design, the cost will be refunded once the order reach our MOQ.

Q9: When your company is founded? And where is your factory?

A9: Our company is founded in 2010.  And factory is located in Chaozhou, from Guangzhou is around 3 hours by train, or 1 hour by air.

Q10: How's your factory capacity?

A10: We can produce and supply 2X40’ container per week.
