Q: What tests do your products need to go through?
A: Air pressure flow test - Flame retardant test of plastic shell - High temperature resistance test - Low temperature test -Noise test - Stacked - Water proof - Drop destructive test.

Q: Can you provide samples?
A: After price confirmed, you can requir e for samples to check quality.
If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost. But the sample cost can be refundable .

Q: Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM from customers.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Small quantity is around 5-7 working days after receiving the prepayment. Large quantity orders need to negotiate the delivery time.

Q: How are you going to ship my order?
A: Usually, for sample order we will ship by express like EMS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, special-line logistic. For bulk order, we will ship by sea or air to your destination sea port or airport.
If you have own freight forwarder, we can deliver the goods to them as well.

Q: When can I get the quotation?

A : Generally, 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment. The common way is by T/T.
