Working Process:

1.Prepare the wood powder,PE,stabilizer,lurbircant and other necessary chemical additives.

2.Mix all the raw material by mixer

3.Make wpc granule by parallel pelletizer line

4.Load wpc granule to wpc extrusion line to produce wpc decking/flooring/other profiles.

5.Finally,the decking/flooring could be treated by embossing,sanding and brushing

1.Extruder adopts sepcially designed screw&barrel for WPC profile and equip co-extrusion design to get high-quality finished product.

2.Calibrator mould adopts three or four sections and water cooling tank should be 2*2000mm.

3 Cooling platform adopts 6meters length stainless steel table.

4.This production line adotps fixed-length cut and is equipped with Omron meter counter.

5.This production line adopts Siemens motor,ABB inverter,Schneider contactor,Omron temperature controller and SSR,PLC control is optional.

6.Adopts in-line embossing device to achieve 3D embossing pattern.
