Installation Instructions
Our Quality Assure
All the Kitchen Utility Cart would do the below functional test and open box test by our QC Team, they would do the 10% Sample Checking for the whole Patch. We will ensure to supply the high quality standard Products to our customers.
1.Assembling
All pieces and screws fall into place perfectly. No additional force or extra tools are needed to assemble the trolley. Estimated time for assembling: 10 minutes.
2.Wheels running smoothly
2 lockable wheel and 2 free wheel
Wheels have to run with no friction of any kind. Also the locks when activated, stop the kitchen cart from moving around
3.Finishing and coating
Even painting, no marks, deviation of color or any defect in painting or coating.
4. No Color Shading.
5.Weight bearing
Each tier should bear 15 kgs of weight.
Every tier holds weight of 15 kgs without bending nor breaking. Kitchen cart still moves smoothly and wheels are not affected when the 3 tiers are fully loaded (45 kgs total).
6. Adhesive Test
There is not any peel off after the tape is removed, nor any color transferred onto the tape.
