Weaving factory

I am going to show you the w eaving process which increases the weaving speed by 20%. The automatic equipment can effectively maintain the yarn tension in the weaving process, which is a key contributor for making high quality grey fabric. The daily output of these automatic machines is 11,000 meters which is three times as much as the normal machines. Therefore, we can meet the needs of large order customers and deliver goods quickly.

Dyeing factory

Our dyeing plant uses the natural gas heating instead of the traditional coal-fired heating. The temperature rise is fast. Generally, it can be produced after heating for about 15 minutes. The temperature control accuracy is up to 1 ℃, which is very high. Therefore, the production efficiency has been greatly improved. The shaping speed is increased by 5% - 10%, the product quality is stable, and the need of repair is reduced.

Embroidery factory

We have 30 embroidery machines, all of which are very new. We can produce curtains of various embroidery types, such as ordinary embroidery, rope embroidery. All our embroidery workers have more than 5 years working experience and they control the quality very well. We can certainly produce curtain types based on your designed patterns. We also provide free sample service to provide you with a variety of choices.

Sewing factory

The last step of curtain production is sewing. The skill of sewing workers determines the output and quality of curtains, so we have high requirements for sewing workers. We strictly control the quality of each curtain. For example, before packaging, we will check the defects such as stains and thread ends. Goods can only be packed and delivered after they have been passed the quality control.
