How to order ?

1.Buyer choose favorite items on our website and email us items No. wanted.  Or give us pictures buyer want to customize.

2. We send buyer quotation for confirmation. After every details confirmed, pre forma invoice offer.

Buyer need to sign on it and send back by e-mail or fax.

3. Buyer transfer down payment for order, and send us the bank slip for check.

4. After received deposit, production arranged into factory.

5. Once goods finished, photos or videos show to buyer for confirmation.

6. After buyer confirm photos, then pay balance in order to arrange shipment with your forwarder.

We also can arrange shipment on buyer request.

About payment

1. Payments: accept bank transfer TT, Western Union, Money Gram, Cash and alipay.  Normally deposit 50% before production and balance cleared before shipment.

2. Can I pay via PAYPAL?
Yes, our PAYPAL account is available after request.

1. What about Delivery?
Shipping methods: Ship by sea, by air, by courier (DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX),

Freight charge can be prepaid or collected.

2. How long is the delivery?
By courier / by air: about 3~5 working days after goods on plane.

By sea: depending on the destination port, generally 30 days around.

What are the payment terms between in-stock products and custom products?

Please note that except in-stock products,

1.    All inflatable products are order firstly then to make, and need 50% deposit before production,

2.    Balance cleared before arrange shipment.

As for in-stock products, customers will have to pay full amount before delivery.
