The main characteristics of PVC-U pipe
1) Good chemical corrosion resistance, no rust;
2) With self-extinguishing and flame retardant;
3) Good aging resistance, can be used between -15℃ ~ 60℃ for 30 ~ 50 years;
4) The inner wall is smooth, the inner wall surface tension is small, it is difficult to form scale, and the fluid transport capacity is 43.7% higher than that of cast iron pipe;
5) Light weight, about 1/5 of the iron pipe, convenient construction and installation, installation workload is only 1/2 of the steel pipe, so low labor intensity, short construction period;
6) Good electrical performance, volume resistance 1 ~ 31015Ω·cm, breakdown voltage 23 ~ 28kV/mm;
7) The pipe toughness is low, the linear expansion coefficient is not large, and the use temperature range is narrow.
8) PVC-U pipe rigidity is good, and can meet the requirements of fire resistance of building materials, long service life. The interface mode can be connected by adhesive or rubber ring flexible interface, which is easy to install.
