It is designed with two hubs, customized PCD size, designated gear reduction ratio, and integrated connection with our motor. We design our rear axle with axle loading from 300kg to 5000kg, they are widely used for golf cart, sedan, mini bus and trucks
with different loading purpose.
Proper maintenance will greatly improve the life span of the axle. You only need to add gear oil for every 3000 miles mileage. You shall move the car to the 30 degree road slope, unscrew the oil plug on the bottom of the gearbox? , drain the residual oil first, and then tighten with Xx screws…, and add around 0.7L gear oil on the top of the gearbox. |
