Process flow

Lithium battery recycling separation process:

1. The lithium battery crushing and recycling equipment is sent to the primary crusher by the conveyor to crush the waste lithium battery.
2. The material is sent to the crusher for secondary crushing by conveyor, and the iron in the material is sorted out by the conveyor while the magnetic separation equipment is set. 3. Through the conveyor to the air separator, the separator paper in the positive and negative sheet is separated by the induction fan and the cyclone unloader, and the positive and negative sheet after separation is sent to the three-level crusher for fine crushing, and the material is broken to about 20 mesh. 4. Through the negative pressure system into the cyclone separator for dust filtration, different densities of materials through two air separation stratification, while all ultrafine dust through the negative pressure system into the pulse dust collector. 5. The filtered exhaust gas will continue to be sent by the negative pressure system to the exhaust gas treatment equipment for air purification, so that it meets the national emission standards and then discharged.
