Product Description

IFAN Brass Air Vent Valve

◎ Our factory ball valve connection is internal and external threads, flanges or welding. Shell housing and valve cover is hot forging and tempering process. hot forging and tempering, and the sealing surface adopts high-accuracy sealing surface special cutting. Sealing test strictly complies with GB/T13927-2008 Industrial Valve Pressure Test, and pipe thread accuracy and effective length strictly complies with ISO 228. The qualified rate of test before leaving factory is 100%.

◎ For installation: corresponding torque wrench or pipe wrench is adopted to screw the hexagonal or octagonal part on the same
side of the thread into the effective length of the thread, and excessive screwing shall be prevented to avoid jacking the
internal end surface. The screw is sealed with PTFE raw material belt or thread sealing glue.
