Q1. How is the sample proceduce?

A1: After you solided requests, we can arrange your customized products

ASAP. Lead time for samples is 7 working days normally.

Q2. What packages do you have?

A2: (1) Vacuum package: PVC bag+Kraft paper.

(2) Mattress in box: Vacuum compressed, folded, rolled and packed into

carton box.

Q3. How should I make the payment ?

A3: Payment term : T/T , L/C , Wester Union. For T/T , 30% deposit, balance

before shipping.

Q4. Can the color of foam be changed as I required?

A4: Yes, we can customized the color base on MOQ 50 CBM.

Q5. What is the lead time?

A5: 15 working days after deposit.

Q6. How do you provide samples?

A6: Free samples available with size 50*300*300mm.Shipping charge paid by

clients.

Q7. How about quality control?

A7: We have our own professional QC to inspect the material and

processs.We also accept third party inspection.

Q8. Can you make PU foam in rolls? What is the max width and length?

A8: Yes, we can make roll foam with max width 230cm and max length 50

meters.

Q9. If I have special size of the foam sheet or foam block, can you make for us?

A9: (1) If the quantity above 50 CBM, the foam sheet/block will cuted to

custom size at production.

(2) If the quantity less 50 CBM, it can be cut into special sizes but the

price is calculated according to the original size.(original size:

1500mm*2000mm & 1800mm*2000mm)

Q10. Are you manufacturer or trading business?

A10: Yes, we are a professional foam manufacture factory with more than 33

years experience. We have our own production workshop and

production facilities, offering different kinds of high-quality mattress

with favourable price.

Q11. Is there any influence on the quality of the foam after vacuumed packed? How long will it take after unpacking for the foam to recover to the original shape and volume?

A11: If the shipping time will be over one month. the foam may take 24hr to

recover to its original size. The foam is always in good condition after

they open the package.

Q12. What is the loading capacity of 20GP and 40HQ?

A12: (1): For example: Roll foam (H2560A# 10mm*2150mm*80m*) 20GP

container can be loaded about 120 CBM of the foam before

compressed. 40HC container can be load about 350 CBM before

compressed.

(2): For example: Sheet foam (H2560A# 25mm*1500mm*2000mm)

40HC container can be load about 330 CBM of the foam before

compressed.
