The stator winding is selected to be wound with a 180-grade composite coated enameled round copper wire. It undergoes a vacuum, constant temperature, and impregnation process to enhance the insulation class.

The stator laminations are made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which have low iron losses, high strength, and are resistant to deformation.

The rotor magnet assembly is fixed using an embedded, high-strength adhesive, and epoxy resin encapsulation process, which improves the stability and corrosion resistance of the magnets.
