Keyed Alike (KA)

--All padlocks in the set are opened by the same key. This option provides "same key" convenience and eliminates the need for
multiple keys where numerous padlocks are used.

--KA in the product number (3KA) designates that the products are Keyed Alike. In some cases the customer can select a key code for the KA locks.

Keyed Different (KD)

- -Each lock is opened by its own unique key that does not open any other lock in the set.

--Keyed Different is the standard keying

default on Master Lock and American Lock padlocks.

Master Keyed (MK)

--In a Master Keyed system, a master key opens all the locks in the system although each lock also has its own unique key.

--This permits organizing master key systems along departmental or other functional lines to allow supervisory or emergency access.

--MK in the product number designates that the products will be Master Keyed.If the customer is adding on to an existing MK system,please specify the master key code.

1. Q: Can you make customized items?
A: Yes, we provide custom service, customers only need to provide their sketches. If you don't have, please send us some detalis for size/weight, and we will arrange designer to make sketches for you.

2.Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: If customized items , 500-1000 pcs is acceptable.
Stock items 10-100 pcs can be ordered. This is our big advantage because we support small business.

3.Q: Are your products good quality?
A: Yes, we only make high quality products. Our products are refined polished, hanging plating,lacquer covering after plating,carefully quality control, carefully packing.

4.Q:How many days for the samples ?
A: Samples time will be 7-10days . Delivery time 10-15 days based on the 1000 pcs

5. Q: What is the payment method accepted?
A: We accept Paypal, western union, T/T, and some other methods if customers are more convenient.

6 .Q: May I have some samples for checking before ordering?
A: Yes, we can send samples to you if you need, but could you please afford the shipping cost? If not , then we advice take photos to show you .

8.Q: Does customized items charge extra money?
A: Yes, we need to make the new molds according to your design. Opening a new molding costs some money.This charge will be 120-160 USD, based on the size and design.
