Product Description

The Green Health spray formula is a high tack, fast drying transparent spray adhesive that permanently attaches a variety of materials to wood, metal, painted, and unpainted surfaces. This product features high initial grab with sufficient time to position materials before it has fully set up, and its wide spray pattern actuator allows you to cover a large surface area with adhesive faster.

The innovative high-strength adhesive system eliminates the need to use traditional methods of bonding, that are messy, wasteful and time-consuming. Application

How to apply spray adhesives?

Using spray glue is easy. Just follow these steps for a quick and powerful bond:

1.Prepare before using. Choose a well-ventilated area and a work surface with adequate space. Always use a mask to avoid inhaling fumes. Wear latex or nitrile gloves (not PVC, nylon, or cotton).

2.Cover tables or benches with protective cloths or papers. Surfaces to be bonded should be clean and dry and free of oil, wax, paint, or any type of residue.

3.Ready the glue. Spray glues are temperature sensitive, so apply adhesives between 18°C and 35°C. LePage Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesives come sealed with a protective nozzle. Turn the spray tip so the black dot aligns with the nozzle and shake the can vigorously before use.

4.Apply the spray glue. Hold the can in an upright position, pointing the valve toward the surface to be bonded. Apply an even coat of adhesive to both surfaces. While spraying, maintain a distance of 20 to 25 cm (about 8 to 10 inches). 5.Join the pieces. Wait 2 to 3 minutes after spraying. The glue should become sticky. Secure the parts in place and apply gentle, but firm, pressure. Hold in place.

7.Clean up and store glue properly. After using, invert the can and give it a quick spray to clear the valve and tip. Clean any residue or buildup with turpentine or mineral spirits, then wipe thoroughly with a dry cloth and replace the cap.

6.Let the glue cure. Be aware, that spray glues dry quickly. The bond should be secure in just a few minutes. For full bond strength, leave undisturbed overnight.
