LKB-01 PADDLE TYPE WATER FLOW CONTROL SWITCH

INTRODUCATION

Flow Switch is designed for managing the flow changes when the liquid flows in the pipe, such as water, ethylene glycol or other non-hazardous liquids. When the liquid flow is higher or lower than the setting value, the single-pole double- throw contacts (SPDT) can get through one circuit and at meantime to break the other circuit. Liquid flow switch is commonly used for chain reaction or “no flow” protection.

APPLICATION

Gas-liquid, Industrial Automation / Machinery / Air Compression Industry / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Suitable for pipes with diameter ≥25 mm.

INSTALLATION

1. Screw the flow switch tightly the dedicated conduit connection.

2. The direction of medium flow should be same with the direction of the arrow on product.

3. The paddle of the flow switch should be vertical with the direction of medium flow.

4. There must be the 10 times diameter of the guide straight pipe in front of the flow switch.

5. Open the cover of product and wire it according to the wiring diagram, then install the cover.

NOTICE

1. When opening the enclosure of the flow switch, do not move the internal components.

2. Do not exceed the maximum allowable pressure for medium pressure.

3. This product cannot be use in the environment with corrosive gases.
