Product Description

Rapid Detection Card for Canine Adenovirus (CAV) Antigen

[Packing Specification]
30Tests/Kit
[Detection Principle] This product adopts immune chromatography gold labeled double antibody sandwich detection technology, which can quickly, accurately, and simply qualitatively detect Canine Adenovirus (CAV) antigen in dog nasal secretions. With minimal sample volume required, the results can be obtained in a short time (only 10-15 minutes). The test result on the detection card contains the test line "T line" and the control line "C line." Before adding the sample, neither the "T line" nor the "C line" appears. The "C line" is used to confirm if the sample is spreading properly on the detection card. The "T line" is used to confirm the presence of CAV antigen in the sample.
[Intended Use] This kit is intended for the rapid detection of Canine Adenovirus (CAV) antigens in dog nasal secretions.

Sample release reagent
It is used for the pretreatment of the sample to be tested, so that the substance to be tested in the sample is released from the state of combination with other substances, so that the in vitro diagnostic reagents or instruments can be used to detect the test object. The operation is simple and time-consuming, and the one-step method is free from extraction and can be directly amplified.
Operating Steps
[Operating Flowchart] Rectum or Feces

1.Restore unopened test cards and samples to room temperature (20 ℃-25 ℃). 2.Use a Disposable Sampling Swab to sample from the dog's rectum or directly from fresh feces, immerse it in a Sample Dilution Tube (containing 0.5ml dilution buffer), mix thoroughly, and let stand for 1 minutes. The supernatant is the test solution. If the sample cannot be tested immediately, it should be refrigerated and stored at 2 ℃-8 ℃. If it exceeds 24 hours, it should be frozen and stored below -20 ℃. 3. Place the detection card horizontally, use a pipette to absorb the test solution, and immediately add 3-4 drops (-100μl) vertically above the sampling hole. 4. Allow the test card to stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before reading the test results. If it exceeds 20 minutes, the test result is invalid.
Result Interpretation
1.Negative result: Only the "C line" appears in the result window of the detection card. 2. Positive result: Both the "C line" and "T line" appear in the result window of the detection card. 3. Invalid result: Either the "C line" does not appear or neither the "C line" nor the "T line" appears in the result window. This may occur due to 1) Improper usage. 2) Product deterioration. It is recommended to retest.
Precautions
1.This product is a disposable biologically diagnostic product. Do not reuse. Do not use if the kit has expired.
2.To obtain accurate test results, strictly follow the "Instructions for Use."
3.Both the detection card and sample dilution buffer should be brought to room temperature before use.
4.All test samples and waste should be handled as being potentially infectious and disposed of according to local regulations.
5.Store the kit at 4-30°C. Do not freeze. Avoid high pressure during storage and keep away from moisture, light, and heat.
6.During transportation at room temperature, handle with care, avoid heavypressure, water, and high temperatures.
7.It is recommended to use fresh samples instead of repeated freeze-thawed samples.
