A: You are welcome to do light customization like: add your own LOGO based on original design, or do deep customization such as: custom own color, own printing design, different paper material, different pages, even different shape (Higher MOQ is required).
Q: What does customized sample fee included?
A: Included the design mock up, customized materials purchase, independent printing, manual processing etc.It will involve 8-20 process upon different requirements, may cost 3-10 days to produce.
Note: If only digital mock up is required, no charged, if the sample can be confirmed via video, no need pay for extra shipping fee.
Q: How can I get a free sample?
A: Steps to have free customized sample:
1--- Please contact us to place an sample order, the cost will be different for existing sample and customized sample as well as the sample production lead time;
2--- Confirmed design requirements and make the payment to start the sample order production;
3--- After received and confirmed for the sample, placed the formal order with payment over $1000, the sample production fee can be used to offset the purchase amount (generally no more than $69).
Q: How to know the shipping cost?
A: We support Air freight DDP, ocean ship DDP, Railway/truck DDP, express DAP, and FOB, EXW etc. Please send me your zip code, estimated ordering details (such like: size, paper weight, pages, binding style, quantity,preferred delivery method) and expected date of receipt, so we could select the most suitable solution for you.
