step 1: Choose the item you like , send us an inquiry .

step 2: We will send quotation , our terms , our rattan/aluminum /rope/teak and fabric chart for you to select ,confirm our delivery time and payment terms . (Here you can choose  your own customized colors of rattan and fabric ! )

step 3: Place order and make the payment to us and please send us the bank receipt .

step 4: during the production time we will communicate with you about the details of your order and keep you update !

step 5: Before shipping , we will make the detailed and high resoluation photos to send to you to check the quality , and you are welcome to send any third-party inspect agent to come to our factory to check the quality too !

step 6:After you confirm the goods in the photo, we will send them to the port for shipment.

step 7:We will clear the customs our side and the goods get on board and after that we will send you documents .

step 8: When the goods arrive ,  the shipping company will contact you ,you can get the goods after customs clearance .
