Description:
Our MCDS series integrated autoclave with shredder, is an ideal solution for hospitals and healthcare centers to dispose infectious medical waste. The machine is fully automated and easy to operate. The sterilization equipment and shredder are enclosed in one sealed vessel.
Features:
1. It integrates crushing and high temperature sterilization, first crushing and then sterilizing, compact design suitable for various occasions;

Equipment Composition:
1. The all-in-one machine is composed of a main body, a sealed door, a stirring mechanism, a crushing mechanism, a pipeline system and a control system.
2. The inner surface is mechanically polished by an automatic polishing machine, the surface is smooth and clean, and the roughness Ra is less than 0.8 microns. Finally, after electrochemical polishing, a passivation film is formed on the surface. Bright, smooth, corrosion-resistant, durable.
3. The piping system is composed of control valves, high-precision biological filters, vacuum pumps, booster pumps, safety valves and sanitary piping.
4. The control system selects the new PLC of Germany SIEMNES as the main controller, Siemens touch screen as the man-machine interface, and other components to form a complete control system.
Process Flow:
The medical waste is poured into the cavity through the top sealed door. After it is full, the top sealed door is closed and locked. The operator performs harmless treatment according to the pre-set procedure. The procedure is as follows:
1. Loading: the material is filled up by the loading hoist and the door is closed;
2. Crushing: The geared motor drives the knife shaft to rotate towards each other, and the material is cut, shredded and squeezed by the blade for crushing treatment;
3.Warming: After the crushing is completed, steam is introduced into the inner chamber, and the exhaust valve is opened intermittently;
4. Sterilization: After reaching the sterilization temperature, the sterilization timer starts. During this period, the inner chamber air inlet valve receives the common control of the inner chamber temperature and pressure to ensure that the inner chamber maintains a certain temperature range to sterilize the waste.
5. Cooling: After the sterilization time is up, spray coolant into the inner chamber to cool to the set temperature;
6. Emissions: The bottom drain valve is opened to drain the water in the inner chamber. After the internal chamber pressure drops to the set value, the program transfers to the drying stage;
7. Vacuum: The vacuum pump is turned on to vacuum the inner chamber, while the interlayer maintains a certain pressure and temperature to dry the inner chamber;
8. Unloading: Open the bottom material discharge door and material blocking net to unload the materials into the material transfer vehicle.
