Product introduction
The two ends are open and have a hollow concentric circle section, the length of which is larger than the surrounding steel. Product production
Technological production process
The production process of seamless steel pipe is divided into the following steps: round tube billet → heating → perforation → three-high diagonal rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion → stripping → sizing (or reducing) → cooling → straightening → hydrostatic test (or flaw detection) → marking → storage. Seamless steel pipe is made of steel ingot or solid tube blank perforated into wool tube, and then hot rolled, cold rolled or cold drawn.
