Q1: Could you send me some samples?
A: We can offer free samples for your evaluation, but the sample delivery charge should you pay.
Q2: How long can I get the sample?
A: We will customize samples once the artwork design is confirmed. Usually, it need 3-5 days to made, and 4-6 days to sent to you by express delivery. Besides, you can confirm the samples through photo, then much time and cost can be saved.
Q3: How much is the shipping cost/freight charge?
A: The shipping cost depends on the total weight and volume of your order and your final destination.
Q4:How long are your turnaround time for mass production?
A: In fact, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. It usually will take around 7-15 days to process bulk production. If your need is urgent, we will try our best to make them first and rush them out as soon as possible.
