Before you cooperating with our company, you may have some questions about us.We collect some frequently asked ones for your further understading.
1.Q:What kind of shipment you offer?
A:We offer sea shipping which could be suitable for full container or less than one container load.Air cargo is also available(good choice for valuable but small volume products).
For the sea shipping we have below 3 terms:
EXW (Ex Works) Your forwarder need to pick up cargoes in our warehouse and arrange delivery to your assigned place.
FOB (Free on Board) You need to pay FOB shipping fee, which covers all cost to forward and load cargoes on board.
CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight) You pay for CIF shipping fee, which covers all cost to forward the port of your destination.
2.Q:Can I have a sample ?And what is your sample time?

A:Of course you can .Normally it will take 10-15 days to arrive .If there are no available samples, the samples need to be remade, or new molds need to be opened ,it will takes about 15-30 days.
3.Q:Can I have my own design ?
A:Sure ,we can supply OEM/ODM service for our client. The logo ,color and design can also be customized , please do not hesitate to provide your request .
4.Q:What about the lead time for mass production?
A:Usually, it is 35-50days(order confirmed) which depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
5.Q:What are your payment terms?
A:In generally, we quote FOB Qingdao price, payment 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance paid within 7 days against copy of B/L

6.Q:What about the cost for samples and their delivery?
A:Free sample for our original products, shipping charge on buyer's cost, OEM designs will charge according to the design, the sample charge will be refunded once we get your bulk order
