1. Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are an OEM factory with more than 18 years experience which located in shanghai China.
2. Q: Why choose us to customize gift packaging?

(If factory plant size smaller than us, our deliver time is more faster than them

3. Q: How long to produce sample and mass production?
A: Usually, the customize sample production will takes about 5-7 workdays after we get confirmation from clients.
The mass production will take about 12-15 working days,
if quantity is larger will need more production time.
4. Q: Can we have a sample before bulk order?
A: Yes of course you can order a sample before bulk order, if just need a exist sample to confirm the quality which
is free, if need to customize a sample box with your request, there will be some extra sample mould cost.
5. Q: How to start the production?
A: Send us artwork in AI, PDF or PSD file, we will make the final production artworks and send all box details for
you confirming , After client's confirmation, we will start the mass production.

Packing: All of our products packed in super strong 5 layer carton boxes , and each box with one poly bag , the carton inside will with one layer bubble wrap , and we also use corner protector to reinforce the carton four corners, and if needed we also will use pallet as well.
Shipping: We accept the appointed forwarder help clients ship goods by different ways, such as air /ocean shipping or express company like DHL, FEDEX, UPS,TNT.
