ENVELOPE BASE CARTON/Buckle Bottom Box

A variation of a die cut carton that is particular good for boxes that need to open at the top, rather than from the side, as they have a strong interlocked base. This style of box has a tuck in top and a base that locks together.
The envelope bottom allows for rapid erection of the box and gives the box a sturdy base without the need for gluing or taping.
This style can be modified in a number of ways:
* perforations (that can be torn out on arrival at your customer) on the front facing panel to make it ‘shelf ready’
* locking tab to aid closure of the box
* An additional crease in the fold down lid which means the lid can be folded inside the box to make it a display pack
* Supplied plain or printed in full colour.

Reverse Tuck Cartons/ Double Plug Box

Reverse Tuck cartons is typically constructed and locked by hand, very easily assembled and quick to create. Comes with a connected lid and front panel with two locking flap goes in between two side panels. Such style provide extremely sturdy structure on side and front panel which is why it can handle heavy duty item. Mostly used for cosmetics, food and retail product packaging.
We can make these boxes to your exact requirements, they can be supplied plain or printed with a variety of print finishes
includes machine varnish, Gloss varnish, UV Varnish (for a glossier finish) or spot UV Varnish. We recommend minimum order quantities of 500 for a plain box or 1000 for printed boxes.
Boxes can be made from a variety of different types of Cardboard including:
* Whitelined Chipboard (WLC)- Made recycled cardboard this is white on one side and grey on the other.
* Folding Box Board (FBB)- Virgin cardboard this has a smoother, crisper white finish and is either white or cream on the
reverse.
* Recycled Brown cardboard (BLC)

Auto-Lock Bottom Boxes

Folding cartons with automatic bottoms are another special form of cartons with tuck-in flaps. The auto bottom is glued during production and is therefore extremely stable. Filling these cartons is especially quick and easy, since the bottom automatically assembles when filled. If the auto bottom has a glued longitudinal seam, the base closes automatically as the walls go upright. The folding carton straightens itself up. The auto bottom offers the advantage that the folding cartons can be quickly and reliably loaded with a product both manually and mechanically. With this type of box, the longitudinal seam is glued to one side before delivery; they are delivered flat.
