Bubble diffusers are a vital part of the wastewater aeration and treatment processes, making it possible to force air bubbles into water pipes to feed the microorganisms in the tanks responsible for processing the water. The quality of a company’s wastewater treatment is only as good as its bubble disc diffuser.
Industries all over the world use this bubble disc diffuser, and it meets or exceeds most industry standards for efficiency, life span and overall quality.

Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant

The existing plate diffusion aeration system in this factory has exceeded its service life. Many existing diffusers are damaged or unable to function properly, resulting in poor factory performance, reduced production capacity and efficiency. In addition, factories need to be prepared for future factory flows and future goals to improve wastewater quality. There are a total of 6 existing aeration tanks that need to be upgraded.
The new aeration system’s drop pipes matched the old drop locations; thus, it was possible to re-use the existing basin
infrastructure and piping. Each aeration basin had four zones and each zone was fed by one drop pipe.

Due to the customized configuration of our aeration pipeline, its design is fully suitable for the floor area of the existing aeration tank. The aeration zone is conical, with more diffusers at the inlet of each pool, resulting in the highest oxygen demand.
