How to troubleshoot washing machine not draining

1. Check the drain pump wire (1) Check whether the two wires of the washing machine drain pump fall off; (2) If the wire connected to the drain pump is intact, use a multimeter to measure the DC resistance of the drain pump. 2. Check the contacts (1) The drain pump is controlled by two pairs of contacts 2-22. 10-30 of the program controller; ( 2 ) The drain pump works only when two pairs of contacts are connected at the same time. 3. Check the voltage (1) The power supply voltage is too low, the drainage pump cannot be started or the operation is weak, resulting in no drainage or slow drainage; (2) Unplug the washing machine and measure the power supply voltage with a multimeter. If the voltage is lower than 187V, the drain pump cannot work normally. 4. Check the water level switch Check that the water level switch is working properly. 5. Check the drain filter (1) Check whether the drain filter at the lower right of the washing machine is blocked by fluff and dirt, and clean it if it is blocked; (2) Rotate the filter counterclockwise and pull it out gently to remove fluff and dirt, rinse with clean water, and then put it in place and tighten it. 6. Check the bellows and connecting pipes (1) Check and clean the connection pipe between the bellows and the drain filter, and remove the dirt in the connection pipe between the filter and the drain pump of the washing machine and the drain line to ensure that the drain line is unobstructed; (2) Washing machines using shaded-pole drain pumps should check whether the drain pump cooling fan is blocked; (3) Due to transportation or other reasons, the plastic cooling fan of the drain pump may be entangled or blocked by debris, so that the fan cannot rotate and the rotation of the drain pump is prevented. 7. Check whether there are foreign objects in the drain pump (1) If coins, buttons, etc. fall into the drainage pump cavity, it will block the rotation of the drainage pump impeller and make it unable to drain water; (2) The impeller chamber cover of the drainage pump can be opened to take out the foreign matter, and the fault can be eliminated.
