Tire Bead Seater Introduction

When repairing or changing tubeless tire, the tire population and the rims can be combined tightly because of the big diameter and the width of the tire so that the gas will leak out from the gaps of the fetal mouth, the tire can't be filled with gas. The high pressure air tank can solve the problem well.

The operation steps of  Bead Seater Air Tank

1) Firstly, filling 0.6-0.8Mpa gas into the air tank through the air compressor. To ensure safety, the high-pressure infatable tube inside pressure can not exceed 1.0Mpa. (This product is equipped with overpressure, safety valve automatically discouraged).
2) Put the high pressure inflatable tube at the gap between the fetal mouth and the rim.
3) Open the exhaust valve quickly, high pressure and large flow of air will hold up to the tire and make it sealed with the rim so that the gas can't leak out.
4) Now we can inflate proper pressure into the tires directly from the inflatable mouth.

Warnings :

a) The maximum pressure of the air tank is 1.0Mpa, 0.6-0.8Mpa is perfect, pressure of more than 1.0Mpa could lead to serious consequences.
b) When inflated, can only take gas from the low-pressure(1.0Mpa) air compressor, release the air from the air tank before moving
c) When not in use, please release the air of the air tank.
