SHELTER provides paid on-side guidance for installing or assigns engineers to install and helps you quickly finish the dome tent installation and put it into use as soon as possible. In addition, you can install the dome tent yourself, we will provide detailed installation instructions, installation video, and 24 hours remote guided installation service so you don’t have to worry.

Shelter dome ask for a 50% deposit on confirming your order, and start manufacturing based on deposit receiving or schemadic confirmation which occurred latest.The remaining 50% when your order is ready to be shipped.

Absolutely, our domes are designed to be erected all year round and can withstand all weather conditions.

Our domes can withstand a maximum windspeed of up to 75mph(snow-load as 30KGS/SQM). We also offer an up-rated frame which offers a maximum windspeed of up 115mph.
