The Monoblock filling and capping machine are continuous rotary monoblock systems designed to simplify your bottling line by combining the bottle filler, cap placer, and capper into a single space-saving machine.

Four diving filling nozzles

The diving type liquid filling is that the filling nozzles move down into the bottle and rise as the filling level of the liquid increases. This method can ensure the filling speed while making the liquid less likely to splash out.

Servo motor control

It adopts piston pump filling and is controlled by servo motor to ensure filling accuracy and filling quantity. If you fill different volume, just set the volume on the touch screen. It is very friendly for user to operate.

Drip-proof filling valve

The filling nozzle adopts anti-drip filling valve, when the filling is completed, the filling nozzle will be closed, so that the filling material will not be drip out, to ensures the cleaness of bottles and workbench.
Cap feeding station
When the bottle finish filling and rotate to the cap feeding station, the cap feeding rod moving downward driven by the cylinder, the hollow part of the rod will be evacuated to suck the cap, causing the cap to fall along the mold, and ensure the accuracy of the cap feeding.
Capping station
The magnetic motor is used in the capping process. It can automatically adjust the torque according to the thread specifications of different bottle caps, avoiding cap wear or leakage caused by too large or too small torque. At the same time, the capping head customized according to the shape of the cap can play the role of "POSITIONING".
Cap vibration
The cap vibrator would sort and arrange the caps in order, and feed them to the bottle through cap feeding tunnel, no need to put
manually one by one, it can also equipped with sound-proof enclosure or cap replenish elevator with hopper according to customer
production requirement.
Cap elevator
An optional cap elevator with a big bin for storage caps can be used to work together with cap unscrambler, which could feed caps automatically when short of caps in unscrambler, no need for man replenish frequently. Highly reduce labor and improve production effecient.

The bottle packing table is used to collect finished bottles, which are transported by conveyors and convenient for workers to do the packing.
The removable touch screen is very friendly for users to control the equipment running status. If you have different filling volumes, there is no need for manual testing. One-click volume change is very convenient and easy to operate.
The protective cover is made with stainless steel frame and thick plexiglass from all sides including top, which is much more safety and cleanness for production, could meet customer production requirement, as well as sound-proof and look beautiful.
The door-opening stop function is used together with the protective plexiglass cover. When the operator opens the door, the equipment will send signal to PLC and automatically stop running to ensure the safety of personnel. Details decide the quality.
When the equipment fails for some reason, the existence of the three-color alarm light is very necessary for the the operator to detect it in time. The operator only needs to go to the touch screen to check the cause of the failure and eliminate it according to the instructions.
