Description

Structures

This machine is mainly composed of a slurry tank, a stirring device, an air charging device, a device for discharging mineralized bubbles, and an electric motor.
1. Pulp tank: It has a pulp inlet and a gate device for adjusting the pulp surface. It is mainly composed of a tank body welded with steel plates and a gate welded with steel plates and round steel.
2. Stirring device: it is used to stir the ore pulp and prevent the ore sand from settling in the tank. It is mainly composed of a pulley, an impeller, a vertical shaft, etc., and the impeller is made of wear-resistant rubber.

3. Inflatable device: It is composed of a duct inlet pipe. When the impeller rotates, negative pressure is generated in the impeller cavity, and the air is sucked in through the hollow pump tube, and dispersed in the pulp to form bubble groups. This kind of pulp with a large number of bubbles The impeller is quickly thrown to the stator by the rotating force of the impeller, which further refines the air bubbles in the pulp and eliminates the rotational movement of the pulp flow in the flotation tank, resulting in a large number of vertically rising microbubbles, which provide the necessary for the flotation process. condition.
4. Device for removing mineralized bubbles: it scrapes out the foam floating on the surface of the tank, and is mainly composed of a motor driving a reducer and a reducer driving a scraper.

Working principle

Add water and necessary chemicals to the ground ore during grinding or after grinding to make a slurry through the mixing tank, then pour it into the slurry tank that starts to stir, and introduce air into the slurry to form a large number of air bubbles, some of which are not easy to be absorbed by water. Wet mineral particles that are generally called hydrophobic are attached to the air bubbles and float to the surface of the pulp together with the air bubbles to form a layer of mineralized air bubbles. Other mineral particles that are easily wetted by water are generally called hydrophilic mineral particles It does not attach to the air bubbles, but stays in the slurry, and discharges the mineralized air bubbles containing specific minerals, so as to achieve the purpose of beneficiation.
