Tools For Wrapping :
Snap-Off Blade Knife, Straightedge, Triangle hard scraper, Soft Squeegee, Sprayer
1. Film Cutting .
Cut Paper Pattern on outside glass. Trim film to fit that paper pattern.
2. Make soapy water solution
Mix 5-10 drops detergent with 500g water in Sprayer. Well-proportioned them by shake the sprayer up and down.
3. Clean window
Spray soapy water on glass and scraping the glass by soft squeegee. From top to bottom or left to right. Do it again by 2-3 times. (Make sure the glass is clean)
4. Separate film from liner .
Peel film apart from backing. Spraying water on adhesive while peeling just to prevent films sticking together.
5. Place film on glass .
Spray some soapy water on adhesive and glass. Then place film on glass to the exact place. (More soapy water, easier to move film during installation).
6. Scrapping
Spray soapy water solution on film surface and squeegee firmly to wipe out all the water.
The liner can be put on the film during scrapping to prevent film from scratching.
It should be scrapped from middle to both sides. Lightly scrap at first, squeegee firmly after the film is fixed on the glass.
The scrapping will be finished once all water wiped out.
7. Trim film with new sharp blade, leaving 1/16” gap around edges
8. Drying time 3 days in full sun
