Q3: Where is the loading port?
A3: To save the shipping charge, we choose shenzhen or zhongshan as our mass production order loading port.

Q4: What's the lead time for my order?
A4: For sample order: we can arrange shipment within 3 working days for current model in stock, lead time would be 3~5 weeks for custom sample. For mass production order: lead time would be about 30 days.

Q5: Can you add my logo?
A5: Yes of course, we could custom your log on the package and product as per customer's requirement.

Q6: what's your trade term?
A6: We accept all the trade term including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DUP, DDP, L/C, it depends on customer's requirement.
